Mom: You're welcome, John. Thanks for eating your meat.
John: Thanks, Mom.
Mom: You're welcome, John. Thanks for eating your noodles.
John: Thanks, Mom.
Mom: You're welcome, John. Thanks for ....
John: No! Stop saying "You're welcome"!
Mom: Well, stop saying "Thanks, Mom".
John: OK.

John: Thanks, Mom.
Mom: You're welcome, John.
